Viewings are free. Buyers can take a live video walk-through, or request an in-person viewing where a vetted local agent meets them at your home - at no cost to you or the buyer.
Offer commitment hold
When you shortlist an offer, the buyer authorises a refundable £250hold. It's never taken in a normal sale - it simply signals a serious buyer.
