We only publish numbers we can stand behind. Here is how we arrive at the figures and comparisons on this site.
Our fee
Listase charges a single flat fee of £999, payable only on completion. There is no upfront cost and no fee if your home does not sell.
Agent fee comparisons
Where we refer to typical high-street agent fees of 1 to 2% of sale price, these are widely reported UK market figures used for illustration only. They are not a Listase quote and your actual agent costs may differ.
Valuation estimates
Our valuation tool uses HM Land Registry Price Paid Data for comparable sales, index-adjusted to today with the UK House Price Index, weighted by distance, recency and similarity. Every estimate is a data-driven figure, not a formal valuation.
Performance statistics
We do not publish statistics about listings, sales or time-to-sell until we have a genuine, sufficient dataset. Until then, no such figures appear on this site.
Portal distribution
We do not currently list on Rightmove or Zoopla and do not claim to. Portal distribution will only be offered once an official membership or feed partnership is in place.
