What does it cost to sell with Listase?+
Nothing upfront. You pay a single flat fee of £999 only when your home completes - never before, and never if it doesn't sell.
Will my home appear on Rightmove and Zoopla?+
Not yet. Today we bring buyers through our own site, search, social channels and the seller-video engine. Portal distribution will come through an official partnership; until then we're honest that we don't post there.
Who shows buyers around my home?+
You choose. Buyers can take a free live video walk-through with you, or request a free in-person viewing where a vetted local viewing agent meets them at the property. There's no traditional estate agent and no awkward chaperone.
How do you verify sellers?+
Every seller passes a multi-layer check before a listing can go live: identity (document + face), a Land Registry title match to confirm ownership, an ownership-age check, a solicitor confirmation, and a short in-app video challenge. It's the quiet groundwork that makes a no-agent sale trustworthy.
Can I sell a leasehold or share-of-freehold property?+
Yes. The listing wizard collects the lease details buyers need up front - years remaining, service charge and ground rent - and shows them clearly as part of the Material Information.
What if I'm in a chain?+
You can declare your chain position, and buyers can declare theirs. We show it plainly so both sides know where they stand. Full chain management arrives in a later phase.
How long does it take to list?+
About thirty minutes. You answer a few questions, take photos and a short video on your phone, and our AI drafts the description, floor plan and valuation for you to review and approve.
Is it safe to let buyers view my home?+
Hosted viewings are carried out by vetted local hosts, and every offer requires verified buyer ID and proof of funds before it reaches you. You stay in control of your calendar throughout.
What happens to my data and my video?+
Your verification video is stored privately as compliance evidence and never shown publicly. Marketing videos are only shared socially if you tick the consent box, and you can revoke that at any time. You can export or delete your data from your account.
Can I cancel or take my home off the market?+
Yes, at any time, at no cost. You can pause or withdraw your listing from your dashboard whenever you like.
Who handles the legal side?+
When you accept an offer we hand you to pre-vetted, fixed-fee solicitor and mortgage partners. The £999 fee is invoiced at completion and is never held in escrow.
